Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on products that have been used, damaged by the customer, or returned without their original packaging.
Gift cards and final sale items are also non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged item, we will gladly offer a replacement at no additional cost. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the product and packaging.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
